Aftercare Program Teacher

Camellia Waldorf School seeks a teacher to work in our Morning Care and Aftercare Programs.
The ideal candidate has positive and successful experience working with children.
Candidates with knowledge of Waldorf education and who have the required Early Childhood Education (ECE) units are preferred.
Teaching shifts are available in the early morning and afternoons.

Founded in 1989, Camellia Waldorf School is an independent, nonprofit school accredited by the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA). Now located at a new site in Sacramento’s Pocket neighborhood, Camellia serves more than 150 students from diverse backgrounds in parent-toddler classes, preschool and kindergarten programs, and an elementary and middle school. We offer small class sizes, field trips, music instruction, handwork, woodworking, Spanish, Eurythmy, movement, afterschool athletics, outdoor education, and more.

Compensation is on an hourly basis. Applicants must pass LiveScan background checks and have a current TB screening.
